a. Job seekers and Job Providers must be registered members of the JOBallDay platform in order to access and use its services.
b. All information provided during the registration process must be accurate and up-to-date.
c. Membership may be terminated or suspended at any time, at the discretion of the JOBallDay platform, for violation of the terms and conditions.
2. Use of Services:
a. Job seekers and Job Providers may only use the JOBallDay platform for lawful purposes.
b. Job seekers and Job Providers may not post misleading, false, or fraudulent information.
c. Job seekers and Job Providers may not use the JOBallDay platform to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or discrimination.
3. Job Postings:
a. Job Providers are responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of all job postings they submit to the JOBallDay platform.
b. Job Providers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding job postings.
c. The JOBallDay platform reserves the right to remove or edit any job postings that violate our terms and conditions.
4. Resume Postings:
a. Job seekers are responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of all resumes they submit to the JOBallDay platform.
b. Job seekers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their resumes.
c. The JOBallDay platform reserves the right to remove or edit any resumes that violate our terms and conditions.
5. Communication:
a. Job seekers and Job Providers may communicate with each other through the JOBallDay platform's messaging system.
b. Any communication made through the JOBallDay platform's messaging system must be professional and lawful.
c. The JOBallDay platform is not responsible for any communication made between Job seekers and Job Providers outside of its messaging system.
6. Privacy:
a. The JOBallDay platform takes privacy seriously and will safeguard the personal information of its members.
b. The JOBallDay platform will not disclose member information to third parties without their consent.
c. Members are responsible for safeguarding their login information and the JOBallDay platform is not responsible for any unauthorized access to member accounts.
7. Limitation of Liability:
a. The JOBallDay platform is not responsible for any losses or damages suffered by members as a result of using its services.
b. The JOBallDay platform is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any job postings or resumes.
c. The JOBallDay platform is not responsible for any communication made between Job seekers and Job Providers.
8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions:
a. The JOBallDay platform reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions at any time.
b. Members will be notified of any modifications to the terms and conditions.
c. Continued use of the JOBallDay platform's services after modifications are made to the terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
